• Account data: name, email, phone number, and password.
• Booking data: stays booked, dates, slots, guests and payment status.
• KYC data (hosts): PAN, bank account or DigiLocker-verified identity, processed via our verification partner.
• Payment data: handled securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card details.
• Device & usage data: IP address, device type, and app interactions.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, verify host identity, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform. We send transactional messages (e.g. OTP, booking confirmations) related to your use of the service.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed with hosts/guests to fulfil a booking, and with service providers (payments, identity verification, messaging, cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
