These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AmoreVnb website, mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AMOREVNB PRIVATE LIMITED ("AmoreVnb", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AmoreVnb is an online marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering short-stay accommodation. Stays can be booked in three time slots — Morning (11 AM–6 PM), Evening (8 PM–10 AM) or Full day (24 hours). AmoreVnb facilitates bookings and payments but is not the owner of the listed properties.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Hosts must complete identity verification (KYC) before listing.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner (Razorpay). Prices shown are per slot or per night as indicated, inclusive of applicable taxes and any cleaning fee. You agree to pay all charges for bookings made under your account.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.
Guests must respect the property, house rules and check-in/out timings. Hosts must provide accurate listings and a safe, clean space. AmoreVnb may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmoreVnb is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform or from any stay booked through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
